  • Can I get any refunds on custom requests?
    No custom orders are non refundable considering the amount of time each custom order can take.
  • How do I contact the store owner about any custom requests or questions?
    1. You can contact me at requestsandinfo@inspiredwoodworks.shop 2. Send a detailed request on the wood type, dimension size in Length x Width (inches), and either a description or picture of what you would want engraved onto the coaster or wall art piece. 3. Keep an eye out for any further email reply's I may send to gather any more information, updates on custom orders, or responses to any questions. 4. Custom orders will cost more then products on the Store Page, the total cost factors in the wood type, time it takes to program custom designs, stain or paint used if any, and other menial tasks that come with the project.
  • How do I know if an imagine I want to be photo engraved into a piece of wood is doable?
    You can send me the picture you want photo realistically engraved into a piece of wood by emailing me at requestsandinfo@inspiredwoodworks.shop and I will send photos back of what it may look like with the software I use if you wish me to proceed with the engraving process.
  • Are these products engraved/carved into or laser printed?
    I use a machine that carves, engraves, or cuts a slab of wood into the products you see on the front Shop Page, I do not laser engrave any of my products.
